Here is a small guide:

In order to use this tool you need unzip the archive in a temporary folder and then copy the proper files from the original games into the "NFS1" or/and "NFS1SE" folders. Now You can start the conversion doubleclicking a batch file (Start_NFS1_Conv_SD for TNFS and Start_NFS1SE_Conv_SD for the SE version). On the screen you will see a log of the conversion. When the conversion has done, you'll find "SpeedDreams" folder.To install the new tracks and championship copy the folders inside "SpeedDreams“ to the installation folder of Speed Dreams. After these steps you can play the new tracks with SD.
