When I turned on and off ABS in SD2, it turns out the stop distance when I perform a hard brake is about the same, which is unlikely the case. Could some one please help me how was ABS and the braking system implemented in SD? I was just wondering if the car simulation takes into account different road-tyre friction coefficient mu under different slip, where slip is defined as: 1 - wheelSpeed / vehicleSpeed. There is a similar issue mentioned here which I am not sure if it was fixed or not:
