Windows 7 does not work

How do I change the program from trying to use the non-existant C:\Users\username\Documents... to the C:\Users\username\My Documents of windows 7. Unable to to use the program because of this.

Wound up manually copying human.xml to My Documents from the program folder.

Now I can enter drivers.
