Is drafting implemented in SD?

Is drafting implemented in SD? By drafting I'm referring to the technique used heavily in NASCAR where a car follows very closely behind a lead car. By doing so, the second car gets some aerodynamic advantage – less wind resistance.

Been there since day 1 - you can really feel it when racing the MPA1 class cars, and actually, you can save a lot of fuel just hanging back a car length or a half more from an opponent's rear.
