I know that this forum hardly attracts any activity, but all of these squirrel and squirrel ads are starting to drive me up the wall!

Can someone please establish a more active moderation team so we can browse these forums spam free!? Please!?

I think a better approach would be to enable some user/subscriber validation or Captcha, but I can't see how to do this with the forum software we use.

So I'll just keep deleting them as I see them....

We already have a Q&A 'captcha', but looking at the configuration again it looks like we may be able to have multiple questions that automatically cycle. I'll experiment a little later.

We've got a lot of user posts where they just copy+pasta crap from some other thread to try to make it look on topic. This is grating on my nerves. Anyone still active as admin here?

If not, it'd explain why most of my recent reports have gone unanswered...

Seems like we're having a new spam wave, with users Onidmsrse and j.joo putting up the same answers everywhere with their vietnamese signatures leading to some betting websites.
