For the moment it is not mentionned in the 2.2 roadmap (http://sourceforge.net/p/speed-dreams/wiki/ReleaseRoadmap/). It is a pretty difficult thing to say, for the moment OSG is working but Xavier told me it needs quite a lot of polishing and for the moment it is still unclear what file formats are going to be used for 3d models and tracks or for the textures. I guess if the work gets on at quite good pace it may come out with 2.2, but it won't feature all eye candy by then this will come later on. But that is only an assumption of mine. For me it's more important to get a rock solid basic implementation to build on rather than having things rushed.
Have a nice day.
